Optimizing Your Calendar For Client Calls

This is a really quick tip! It also might be one that a lot of you already do or have a better solution. But, check this out. This a technique I use to optimize my calendar for client calls. It’s very basic but it’s efficient and effective.

As you move your inquires down your sales pipeline from email to a phone call/skype call I sweet trick is to throw their name and their Phone Number or Username into the title of the event. Why does something so simple help?

During the week you’re probably exhausted from that weekends weddings. You’re probably editing or doing your best to have a work life balance. Which means… sometime a call or meeting may slip your mind.

In this situation when your phone buzzes and you realize you have a meeting in a couple minutes. There is nothing to worry about. You have the meeting, their contact info, and everything you need right there! Click the number and work your magic!

This is extremely simple and a lot of you probably use CRMs and other apps that already optimize your calendar. But, for those of you that don’t… this can help a lot!
